What's the biggest mistake you've made in real estate? Hands down, the biggest mistake I made in real estate was not working on my leadership skills. I was great at the sales process. I was great at the marketing I was great at how do you find business and how do you get business to the closing table. Where I struggled was I didn't work on my leadership. So when you start adding people to the mix, I added them to chaos, and there wasn't a lot of structure of leadership. So I struggled with the leadership conversations, and I couldn't figure out why it didn't go wrong. Had a lot of people come throughout Sargent homes over the year, that might still be with us if I'd work on my leadership skills sooner than later, and that's why I spent a lot of time on personal development now.
